Prices are for the property per week in euros.
When booking we would require a non refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost. The balance would be due 6 weeks prior to occupancy. There would also be a refundable breakage deposit of 250 euros which would be returned after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Bookings of more than two weeks receive a 15% discount. Long term lets at attractive rates. Please ask for details.
